Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures are periodically tested to ensure the marketplace can continue to function in the event of an unplanned outage.

The trading platform and disaster recovery site reside in separate geographical locations (Chicago and Atlanta) to protect the marketplace from being significantly impacted by an area wide outage.
In the event of an unplanned outage, CCFE may determine the necessity to recover the trading system to the disaster recovery site. If this procedure is initiated, the existing "Exchange" login on the CCFE homepage will automatically forward customers to the disaster recovery site.

Additionally, the link on the right side of the page, under "Learn More" will also become active and allow for customers to connect to the disaster recovery site. This page may also be used to provide system availability updates and instructions for customers.
